EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a very specialized psychotherapy approach that requires practitioners to undergo extensive training and certification, which is why it is offered by only a handful of counsellors. EMDR may not be right for you, but as a certified EMDR practitioner myself and having been certified in number of other approaches as well, I can help you to determine if it is right for you and will not recommend it unless I believe it will bring you benefits.
