In addition to being professionally trained and experienced to help others navigate grief (loss through the death of a loved one, divorce, job loss), I have experienced grief in my own personal life. Although dealing with grief can seem overwhelming, the good news is there are helpful ways to process it and learn to cope. Grief is a process and there are a number of successful strategies to deal with each step.
